I'm getting pretty antsy for Hannah to get here and have been having so much fun picking out clothes for here! This outfit is from thredUP, originally Gymboree, and I found the shoes on Jane. I don't plan on decking her out each day, but I'll love fun, comfy outfits like this!
I've been really excited about my thredUP finds for Hannah, you should totally check out their kids' department and use this link to get $20 off your first purchase.
Ok, so I'm not going to lie, I really wanted to get some duck boots, I just couldn't stomach the price. Thank goodness for Target! I am crazy about these boots and just when I thought you couldn't beat the price, they had a one day sale last week and all boots were 40% off! I swiftly ran to Target and got a price adjustment and $20 back. Then, Grant picked out some Stars Wars light up boots to get him through the winter too, also 40% off. Thank you Target! My boots are super comfy and my feet didn't get too hot wearing them all day, either.
This verse from She Reads Truth really rang true with me recently. My life should be rooted in God's world all the time. You need strong roots to grow and to be able to withstand any storms that come your way.
I've been pretty excited to get out my vests. My husband called me out on my collection the other day...I do have like 8 vests, but they are so great for layering with cooling temps! The pattern-mixing possibilities get me every time!
Lately Grant has been doing such a nice job of playing independently. We still play together, but he'll happily keep himself entertained while I'm making dinner. I think this will definitely come in handy once Hannah is here and I will need to be able to take care of her. He's had these blocks for years and he never tired of them!
My mom bought us season tickets to the local kids community theatre and we recently went to the play Ive + Bean, based off the kids books. Grant thought it might be "girly" so he decided we should invite his friend Kinley and her mom. They. Are. Adorable. Also, they've said they are planning to marry each other for about the last three years..... The were very well behaved and it was a really fun time!
Life has been busy, but great, and I'm going to soak up every minute of it!
Cute items from thredUp for Hannah! I love the shoes!

I can't wait to see Hannah all decked out!
ReplyDeleteGreat post. I love Hannah's little red outfit. The kids look adorable all dressed up too. Grant has grown up so much. Last but not least, I adore those boots from Target. Perfect for when it is cold and snowy or rainy, out. =)
ReplyDeleteHappy Novemmber, Ginny!
