It was actually a super stressful morning of trying to get the house ready, get a few games planned, and take care of the kids as well. Brian took care of errands, but I thought there was no way we would be ready. Turns out kids are pretty easy to please and they basically ran around and had dart gun wars after we played a couple of games and ate pizza. I will say, we will not be having another party at our house in the future, if at all possible!

I love the look of kimonos, but am worried I'm too short to make one work. My SIL has always had our niece's parties at her house--at first they were pretty relaxed when Charlotte was just a baby, because it was mostly adults hanging out...but she turned 3 this year and oh my goodness, I was exhausted from just being there and being a passive observer! Will definitely be having parties outside of the house for Aida!
