Fresh and Inviting with method

To me, it doesn't get much better than cozying up in bed to freshly washed sheets. The fresh scent and clean feeling make getting that much needed sleep even easier.  Lucky for me method has come out with the perfect laundry detergent. I got the chance to try "fresh clover." The scent is light and inviting, and cool thing is, method comes in a bunch of great scents. They even offer a "free and clear" for those of you who like to steer clear of scents.

I also love how method has a new 4x concentrate, so a little goes a long way, which is great for the wallet.  It's naturally derived cleaning power is tough on stains and even works with cold water and as a stain pre-treater.

Recently Brian and I wanted to make our bedroom more fresh and inviting too. We found a new comforter at Target, you can also find method products there too, by the way. We then picked up some great cozy sheet and throw pillows at Kohls.  Having a comforter that was machine washable was really important to us, and method detergent worked great when we washed it too.

Finding something that Brian and I could agree on, was easier than I thought it would be. I love that monochromatic color pallet and the different textures we ended up with.

We've had this wicker chair for a long time, and I got it from Pier 1. We added a throw pillow here and a chenille throw blanket too.

We found our lamps at Target and I found the little faux bouquet at Hobby Lobby. The star dish came from a craft show. The different pieces and textures help to make this space feel fresh and inviting, for sure.

I also love displaying one of my favorite pictures from our wedding on the bedside table too, along with this statue I've had a years and this cute new candle I picked up at Hobby Lobby.

I also have always had a thing for decorative balls and loved this bunch I found at Target. I've had the basket for years.

We also upgraded our curtain rods to this style we found at Target and this curtains we found at Kohls.

Creating a bedroom that was fresh and inviting was really fun and other than just looking great, cozying up in bed is even better because of method's detergent which is leaves all our fabrics feeling and smelling fresh.
